Home Ownership Made Easy was created when, like many Canadians, we were renting and couldn’t afford to buy a home on our own.
Although we were financially stable, qualifying for a full mortgage was not an option.
Owning a home means forced savings, paying yourself first, and building equity over time.
It was then that we created H.O.M.E. Inc. as a facilitator and service provider of a choice to offer the option of co-ownership by connecting like-minded people who were interested in co-homeownership.
